Eligibility

To be eligible to receive the Puentes scholarship, applicants must meet the following qualification

• Be a current KIPP Colorado high school senior
• DO NOT qualify for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Complete the Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA)
• Maintain at least 2.0 GPA for both the Fall and Spring of senior year
• Apply to at least 9 colleges 
• Apply to at least 3 additional scholarships

Application Timeline

October 16, 2023 – Application opens

November 30, 2023 – Application deadline

January 16-19, 2024 – Interviews

February 2, 2024 – Acceptances announced

March-April 2024 – Family meetings

May 1, 2024 – Contract signing deadline
